Conditions for canceling the consultation request, refunding the paid fees and changing the consultation date:
- The consultation request is canceled one hour before the specified time chosen by the client, The counselor is not entitled to request cancellation less than an hour (60) minutes before the appointment.
- In the event that the fees are paid from a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), they are returned to the bank account specified by the applicant when sending the cancellation request, which includes the IBAN number, the account and the name of the bank.
- The cancellation request shall be by sending a message to the e-mail (info@alrefaielawyer.com) and the cancellation request shall include the number of the electronic payment invoice. The request shall be studied and responded to within 24 hours from the date of its submission.
- The value of the consultation will be returned if the conditions are met within a maximum of five working days.
- A sum of (25 riyals) shall be deducted from the value of the recalled consultation, which represents the value of banking and administrative expenses.
- The counsel requester has the right to amend the date for consultation only once. In the event that the service requester wishes to amend the date for providing counselling, this will be by sending an e-mail one hour prior to its appointment to the e-mail or mobile phone of the lawyer who is required to provide counselling.
